Monty's Story
Monty is originally from Pueblo, Colorado and attended Central High School. After living and working throughout Colorado and California, he now resides in Colorado Springs, the city where it all began.
Over the years, Monty’s path has taken him through music, technology, and live production, with more than 20 years as a DJ under the RockStar Productions name. What started as a passion for music and gear eventually grew into a career centered on problem-solving and systems, and today he works at The Broadmoor as an Engineering Electronics Supervisor.

ant taking things apart, reading instruction manuals, or staying curious about new technology — a trait that goes all the way back to his early days.
At heart, Monty values independence, creativity, and personal growth. Friends know him as generous, patient, funny, and a good listener — someone who enjoys teaching, helping others, and giving the benefit of the doubt. He still believes in chasing ideas, solving problems, and staying true to the things that first sparked his interests years ago.

Time has added perspective, but not dulled curiosity — and Monty believes the best chapters are always the ones still being written.
