Kathryn's Story

I moved out of Scarborough/Toronto in 89/90 to live in Vancouver. Stayed there for a year - great city but missed my family, friends and hometown. Nothing is a good as Toronto. I worked in various administrative jobs for the next few years, moved to North York, got married and settled down (at least for a while). Turned 28 and divorced - no regrets. ry and made many long term friendships. Now I'm actually back in Scarborough and love it. I never looked back on high school with nostalgia but since I've been back in "hood", I've wanted to reconnect with some folks. What I do remember fondly about Woburn is the wide spectrum of friends I made there over the years - I always liked everyone. I had no time for cliques. I'm still like that today. Don't subscribe to labels and love individuality.
