My husband retired not long after.
Looks like our children have settled into their "lifetime" homes. One in Bandera, Tx. (just outside of San Antonio), one in Leesville, La. and the other in Charleston, WV. We want to make plans for a trip west in the spring. Geneology takes us to S. Dakota and Iowa.
Memorial Day weekend was memorial for us. I met a cousin in Iowa. Glenn and wife Marva. They are my Scandinavian connection. We hit it off and are now planning a cruise down the Rhine in June. It will be perfect timing to celebrate my 1 yr. anniversary after By-pass surgery.
Life is good.
