Morris's Story
Hello everyone, I wanted to catch you up on my life :-)
I am retired as of last summer. My last job was principal of Red Oak Junior High (a fun job). I worked in Red Oak, Texas for 9 years. Prior to that I was in Midlothian ISD for 24 years. I took off six years and ran a ServiceMaster cleaning service in Midlothian.
I am married to Rita McClurkan. We will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary this month. We met in Midlothian; she was the Homemaking teacher and I was the Ag. Teacher. We have two sons,...Expand for more
David, who lives in Chicago, Ill. and Douglas, who lives in Mansfield, Tx just a few miles from us. We have no grandchildren yet :(
We like to travel in our RV. Since retirement we have done a lot of traveling. Rita likes to sew, quilt, and read. I enjoy reading, and riding my horses on trail rides.
Both of my sons are in education, Dave is a technology person for Evanston, Ill schools, and Doug is a coach and teacher for Kennedale ISD.
