Barbara's Story
Life
I own an Oriental rug store with my husband in central Florida and travel to Turkey and other exciting places to buy rugs. I did my graduate work through Cornell University in South America (Colombia and Peru) on diseases of beans and was there during the Medellin cartel's drug war and the Shining Path's guerrilla attacks. ng to get published, as well as a bunch of children's stories. I've been published in newspapers and magazines and have coauthored a novella with other mystery writers in Florida, too. I have three great sons, from 7-12 yrs old, and we've just moved to an oceanfront condo which we love (except during hurricane season). I'm active in my children's school and have an at-home business through The Body Shop at Home now, too. I keep busy and am having a great time.
