John's Story
After high school, went to USC, Got BA and MBA in Business Admin / Finance.
Worked for Lockheed and Douglas Aircraft companies for 5 years then got into consumer products manufacturing for a number of years - mostly furniture and sporting goods.
Spent the last 33 years in the home building industry. Was involved in development mostly in the OC, San Diego, and Riverside County areas until 2003 when I opened a second division in Sacramento. Last built in Sacramento and Redding, Ca, but have given up on "for sale" housing. Now am moving into the development of service based senior housing, such as assisted living and memory care facilities. Plan to refocus on the southern California market. Will do Norcal again if the opportunity presents itself, but I won't look for it there.

e just graduated from college. Other three sons are still single. Been living in Escondido for the last 33 years.
Used to be big car guy, mostly mustangs and Shelbys, but now just watch TV. I posted picture of me with one of my mustangs at Holtville a few years ago. Loved vintage racing. Don't have the energy any more - taking care of old cars - even collector cars - is now too much work, not fun. Don't play golf anymore either. Too much work. I think you can get the drift. I spent nearly all my life in a hyper kenitic state. Time to be still. I like still. Still is good...............
Now am fanatic NFL and NBA sports fan, and still majorly into music, all kinds. My two middle sons are part time professional guitar players. Haven't played much myself since the late 60's, but still have several guitars, and a piano. I'll add more when I can think of things worth posting.
