Nadine's Story
So, almost ten years. I can't even remember most of it (I blame it on sleep deprevation). Well, after a summer trip to Panama, I went to Cottey for a semester and realized the whole all-girl thing wasn't my cup of tea. The next year I went to SMSU and graduated 4 years later in elementary education. In between I worked at a summer camp in Texas where I met my wonderful husband, Kyle. TX. We've been here for the last of it. I wrote a novel one year and am working on editing it before sending it off. I worked as a teacher for a couple of years, but I got burned out last year. So now I am staying at home with our ten month old son, Jackson. I am loving every day of it. Not that I'm completely lazy; I'm bringing in some income in a variety of ways, from sewing to selling and game playing. All in all, I am happy.
