Nanci's Story
Life
Life is Good!!!!! I have spent my years since high school building my career as a hair stylist, getting married, starting a family, and enjoying life. I married John Bizik in 1991 and we had our first son Corri in 1993. In 1998 we had our second son Conor. Our boys are the center of our world and we are blessed everyday with their smiles.
After Conor was born I took some time off work and just enjoyed being a mom, then in early 2000 I started training in the Martial Arts. I fell in love, I currently hold a second degree black belt in TKD, and have several ranks in other styles. I will be testing for my 3rd degree in Aug. 2007. As I studied I r...Expand for more
ealized I wanted to give back what I had learned mentally and physically and was invited by my instructor to begin teaching. I currently teach and train two nights a week at The Academy of Hosinsul in S Elgin. I love what I do and words cannot describe how good it feels to share this art with others. Who knows, someday I may even have my own school.
We are buying a new home in S Elgin in May, where I will be adding a salon to the first floor den. I have worked out of my home for the past 3 years and love the freedom it allows my family. My business is growing and doing well.
All in all John and I are successful, happy, and truly blessed.
