Nancy's Story

Life In high school my name was Nancy Jacobs. I was a Cheer Leader for a brief time, played volleyball and basketball . After graduation, I moved to Atlanta GA, were I entered US Army. I’m Family Medicine. I currently reside in Clarksville TN, right outside Fort Campbell, KY. I have 4 grown children, ages 40, 37, 31, and 25. I currently work at Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center. I have 8 grandchildren 4 boys and 4 girl with 2 of the girl are identical twins. And I have 1 great granddaughter. I’m enjoying my best life.
