Nancy's Story
Life
After graduation, married Ron Jordan (Park Hills HS, Fairborn, OH '76) in Aug '77. Tiffany Marie Jordan was born, Sep '80 & Kyle Richard Jordan was born, May '82. Both kids graduated from Carroll High School in Dayton, OH. Tiffany graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University majoring in Psychology. She has now settled in Phoenix. She just got engaged (Nov 07). Kyle is a medic in the Army out of Fort Wainwright AK. He is in the process of being released due to an injury. Ron & I divorced in Dec '99. Decided since the kids were settled to start on my new life. After spending 32 years in the Dayton OH area, Nov 07 found me traveling to San Antonio TX. New job and new experiences. Very happy with the results so far.
And the story continues - after 2 1/2 years in the San Antonio area, my job has relocated me to Buford, GA (about 40 min north of Atlanta). We'll see if this move goes as well as the San Antonio adventure. Updates on the kids - both are now married - Tiffany has settled (so far) in Phoenix and Kyle has settled in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis. He just started classes at Butler University.

d love the area. I have the largest lake in GA within 20 min, the GA mountains within 1 Hr drive, the ocean within 3 Hrs drive, and home to Dayton within a 8 Hr drive. Tiffany and her husband have also relocated and both children are now within driving distance, so life is good :)
Update from Indiana - In the summer of 2013, Kyle & Amanda graced me with a granddaughter (Vivian) and I couldn't not live near her. So in June 2014, I have now relocated to Indianapolis (only 5 min drive from Vivi). Tiffany has also relocated to St Louis, so now everyone is within five hours drive time. Loving life right now.
Update from Ohio - When I left the Dayton area in 2007, I had just purchased a condo in West Carrollton. Fast forward ten years and some bad renters, and I decided to return to the condo and live in the Dayton area for a while. Tiffany has moved to Parker, CO and lives there in an airstream trailer with her husband and two dogs. Kyle has finished his education and moved his family to Carmel, IN. My return to Dayton was not an easy choice. But had to make it with my head, not my heart. I am still only two hours away from my granddaughter, but not the ten minutes I used to be. Still loving life.
