Hello from Kentucky (actually, the Greater Cincinnati area). I went to the University of Cincinnati where I received my Bachelor's degree in Education and my Master's degree in Counseling. I also obtained a degree in Administration and Supervision from Xavier University in Cincinnati. I married Donald Dornheggen in 1978. We have 4 children, Sydney who is 28 , and a graduate of the University of Kentucky and who just made me a Grandma for the first time. Then there is Donnie, 23 who is a graduate from Eastern Kentucky Un. with a degree in Criminal JUstice. Then there is Jared, 20 years old and attending Northern Kentucky Un. for criminal justice. I still have Grant, age 16 who is in 10th grade. I taught school in Newport, KY for 34 years. While there, I was a teacher, coordinator, and an administrator.
