Hi! After 17 years in the Raleigh, NC area I am back to the South! Needed to come back and keep an eye on the parents! I have gone through a rather large change - in August 2003 I had weight loss surgery, and have lost over 230 lbs as of November 2006. Just graduated from culinary school at LTC, with a 4.0. I worked at Whole Foods, and have moved to Starkville to work for Aramark as the Sous Chef in Residential Dining Services at Mississippi State. as in before school. . . It was culture shock moving back, seeing all the development and also seeing the blank land that was the school. 'Bout time someone took it down-it was a rat hole when we were students!
Hope I see some of y'all soon. BTW, I'm usually a redhead or blonde. Brown does not suit me as a hair color any more.
Taught culinary art for 1.5 years before budget cuts took out my funding(parttime position), hope it comes back next semester.
Single, happy, trying to use my powers for good not evil.
Now to conquer SE Mississippi/the Pine Belt and corporate cooking!
