Nannette's Story
Life
Happily married (third time around) to a native Georgian. He has five children (all grown now). I have four (from my first marriage) ages 30, 29, 25 and 20. I'm happy with life and expecting greater things. The best is yet to come!
School
My best school experience: Working in principals office with the secretary. You know that "grey haired" nice lady in Principal Faunts office.
My favorite teacher: Our spanish teacher. She made me laugh, as did the other students in the class.
Am I where I thought I would be when I finished school: Yup!...Expand for more
In Georgia! I'm not with my first, but I'm glad to be with my last!
Workplace
While in college, I majored in secretarial science with a minor in office administration. I worked with the State of Georgia for 10 years and Georgia State University for 10 years. I got tired of the 1 to 1 1/2 hour commute and retired to being a housewife for a year. That bored me so I worked part time at the Boys & Girls Club in my small town of Conyers, GA as their Administrative Assistant. Now I'm back with the State of Georgia. What's next? I haven't decided yet.
