s a big hit !!!.for story telling. My artwork led me to get involved with police as a composite artist, local PD, Sheriff Dept and Highway Patrol. Being called on cases and riding along too. Then computers took that job away. However I kept drawing. As a cartoonist I found people enjoyed them and it opened up as a likely on going gig. Magazine companies like Better Homes and Garden, the Denver Post and others. The issue was overwhelming when I discovered all the needs of cartooning like finding contacts and writing letters of introduction and postage and mailing, long long hours turning into days. The long wait to receive a paycheck. Then the realization that I had to go back in the working world as a carpenter, drywall, tile setter, plumbing welding and just about anything else. So much work got in the way of my artwork until I got involved with the Art Gallery!
