Natividad's Story

I would have graduated there but got lucky and did some heavy duty traveling throughout the U.S and Mexico. However I did met some really cool people there and so I'll see who might recognize my name. I had long long brown hair, I was petite and still am. And my hair is still REAL long. Down to my knees. I was quiet but met a nice guy that was the school's Football Quarterback. He was half Latino and had a sister. I do not remember his name. (I finally remembered his name, It was Shad! We took Spanish 101 together and got together after school just to hang out. "I guess you could say we dated for a short while but remained friends!" I remember him showing me around that area some as I was new to, Oregon and didn't know anyone. Hope you all are doing well and life has blessed you with lots of happiness! Natividad from New Mexico "I enjoyed my time there as it was just so very different from New Mexico!" One thing I do remember is, one of the P.E. teachers who I just could not stand as she was not very nice! "I remember the first time we went outside and here I thought we were going to run or exercise and low and behold someone hands me a tennis racquet and I was like what the heck am I suppose to do with this thing, (See, I had never played tennis in my life.and I had no idea how to play the game, much less hit that stupid ball!) Ya, that P.E. teacher, really gave me a hard time about that! So, I just stopped going to her class. (That took care of that problem!) Funny, the things we do! Those were the days! As I ...Expand for more
am remembering thing, I also remember I had one of the coolest classes ever. "It was called Oceanography and in that class, I knew many people, just never hanged out with anyone too long as I knew I had other plans to travel the World and so I sort of came and went. I remember my Spanish 101 Class cause it I knew the material but only took it cause I needed the credit. (As you can tell by now, I was very free-spirited and did't quite follow the rules as others would. But in the end it all worked out for me and to me that is what was important1 "Doing exactly what were part of my dreams!" In fact, I did have one son born there in Portland! I was about 18 Yrs. Old when he was born and his older brother was born when II was 16 Yrs. Old but I always felt blessed having my two Sons. My oldest was born in our village of Taos, New Mexico but their father is from Portland and surrounding areas so I do come back to visit from time to time to visit my ex-family! (I landed up dropping out of school to get married the first time three days after I turned 16 Yrs. Old but had to come back here to New Mexico so my parents could sign the documents as I was under-age!") I was married for ll Years and then got divorced and remarried my current husband!" We've been together now for 25 Years! And, he as my soul mate from many moons ago! Interesting how one's life plays out! Today, I am remarried to an Apache Indian Man, and am blessed with a step-son and I have 11 Grandchildren! "Doesn't get any better than this!" "Life is great!"
