Neil's Story
Four years at U.Va., then on to William & Mary Law School. Six years in D.C. with the U.S. Dept. of Justice, picking up a post-grad degree in tax law along the way at George Washington U. As a trial attorney with DOJ, I traveled all over the country and tried cases in LA, Boston, Tampa, San Juan, etc. It was fun for a while, then the travel got old. Met my wife in D.C. Married nearly 25 years until she passed away in 2009 from cancer. My wife, Stephanie, was beautiful; I certainly married up. We moved back to Roanoke in 1987. Live in South County.

ia Episcopal School in Lynchburg. Younger son is being recruited to play lacrosse in college. Lacrosse is growing in Roanoke, in spite of lack of support from public schools to go varsity (except in Salem, of course, where they always seem to be ahead of the curve). More likely to see varsity bass fishing teams in Roanoke area public schools than lacrosse.
I am a partner and chair of the tax law group at the largest firm in Roanoke. I also teach part-time at Washington & Lee U. Law School.
Didn't have much time for stuff like Classmates.com until recently. Interesting what you see. High school seems so far away and so insignificant now.
