Steve's Story
Hello everyone and anyone who might show up here. I am doing well since High School. I have done many things and some I am not proud of. The ones I am proud of are my wife (DeeDee) of 20 years and my daughters (Kelsey-16 and Kimberly-13) who make me proud every day. I left high school and went to college but was kicked out for being a fool and not going to class so I enrolled at CSN formerly Clark Count Community College to get my grades up but stayed to get my associates degree in Business Administration. At this time, I was working for Sprint Telephone Co. and I was working my way up the ladder to success. In 1985, I graduated from CSN and went on to UNLV to get my bachelors degree in Business Administration. I was then rewarded for this by going in to management with Sprint and moving up the ladder until we went global and the department I was in closed and there was no job for me unless I wanted to move to Kansas. d at Lowe's. I found out that full-time grunt work was not for me so I looked for something else and found that I could teach elementary at my daughter's school since it was a private school. I taught there for five years until I ran into the worst sixth grade class in the world. The daily stress they caused me created havioc with my diabetes so my doctors demanded that I resign and look for less stressful work. At this time, I had also been working with the Adult Education Program for CCSD and they gave me more hours to make up for what I was missing. Then the economic crunch hit and I lost the Lowe's job and I am looking for a full time job that I can get insurance for myself and my kids. I know that something will happen because God always has a plan but he works in his time not ours. Oh, by the way, I am a born-again Christian who was saved during a school assembly back in 2005. I gave my life to God and I now follow all his rules and directions. Well that is it for now, I hope this note finds you all well and good with God. PS, no photos because I hate having pictures taken of me.
God Bless all,
Steve Nellis
