Kathe's Story
Katherine is from Orlando, Florida. She is married. Her schools include Colonial High School., Stonewall Jackson Jr. High, Cheney Elementary, She later attended Southern College, Orlando, FL (Computer Accounting) and Tampa College, Tampa FL (Computer Accounting).
I had enough credits to skip the second semester of my senior year {mistake #1}. Then in March of '75 I married my high school sweetheart, Brent Murray {mistake #2}. We divorced in fall of '76 - my fault, not his. - and we're still friends. He's such a sweetheart!
I finally remarried 16 years later. His name is Dan Dorman. He's a Colonial grad also ('81) but years younger! And darn it, I forgot to train him! Ah well. He still makes me laugh. Together 22 years and married 21 years.
No children despite several pregnancies. I think God decided I wasn't good mom material!
Katherine's interests include Animals: her own and any others! Theatre: musicals & plays, reading books; murder mysteries and suspense novels especially. Music: Bach to ZZ Top; but especially Linkin Park, Mumford & Sons, Dave Clark Five, Gotye, U2 and Maroon 5. Books: her likes include anything by John Sandford, Barbara Michaels/Elizabeth Peters and Kay Hooper, The Wheel of Time Series by Robert Jordan/Sanderson, FBI series by Catherine Coulter, police procedurals, forensic - just about any fiction so long as it involves murder and/or suspense! Movies: her likes include Die Hard series, MIB series, All The Presiden...Expand for more
t's Men, Three Days of the Condor, Master and Commander, Rush Hour series, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Lord of the Rings trilogy, All That Jazz, Chicago, the list goes on.... TV shows she likes include So You Think You Can Dance, Body of Proof, Bones, CSI Las Vegas and NY, Elementary, Criminal Minds, Vegas this list too goes on and on!.
One of Katherine's favorite quotes is the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi:

I was given a plaque with this prayer on it by my Bible Lit teacher Donna Peral. I wish I could find her so I could tell her what this has meant to my life.
