suing spiritual growth. It is a miracle as to how we evolve in positive ways. Meditating is a regular activity for me. I am amazed how many techniques there are. I am closer to the end than the beginning of life. Time to not waste time. Do and say what really matters. At the end of the day love is the greatest gift of all.
