CUHS Folks...Whats up!!Quick bio...10 years in the US Coast Guard(traveled to and from Alcapoco,Mazatlan,Encinada,Oregon,Washington,Alaska,up into the Bering Sea were two Russian black "MIGS" came to say Hello!..Texas,Louisiana,Florida,Outer banks of North Carolina,and Washington DC. During this time went to Culinary Arts school, moved up the ladder,became a Chef. Returned to Valley, IVC and SDSU(Calexico..Liberial Studies)..IVROP Culinary Arts class that I started from the ground up.Taught at CUHS and Imperial for a total of 18 years. er education from San Francisco to New York. Currently working as a Dietary Supervisor at Centinela state prison. Planned retirement in four years at 55.. And then do something else fun!! Still very active physically racing off road & desert events on a Honda 500/250(20 years now)May God keep me upright on two wheels and on the seat!!! Single, divorced after 22 years from Joanie, two daughters, currently 29&27yrs old. Two grand daughters and one grandson.
