Doug's Story
Life
I've been around the block a few times since high school.Lived in SF for 7 yrs., Toledo,Oh for 7yrs., now in the Dayton, Oh area for the last 8 yrs. Many things have changed since I was last on this site. About to be divorced after 3-year separation. I had to give up my dog because I'm always on the go, what with 2 bands, day job, travel, etc. Miss him.
It's said that those who've made their marks and did their greatest artistic works took about a 10-year span to do it. I guess mine is starting now, and I'm trying to focus on that. I'm writng songs and going into a studio to record, and then try to shop t...Expand for more

College
I only went for the first semester, then while home at Christmas, My appendix burst, and I never caught up. I went to DeAnza C.C. while living in CA, but could only afford to go for about 1 1/2 yrs.
Workplace
After delivering medical equipment for 3 different companies in 12 years, I'm now a Customer Service liaison for a (surprise!)medical equipment company, based at Kettering Medical Center here in the Dayton, OH area. Love it! It pays the bills, and still lets me play music as I choose. The best of both worlds!
