Nick's Story
Hey there classmates. I hope everyone is doing well. The "then" pic you see is me about a year after graduating from Ehret. I played in a band called "HEX" for a couple years. We actually played at Ehret twice. Once for an "activity hour" and again one night. We had a blast and want to thank Mr. Heckler (founder of the guitar club at Ehret, 1981), for helping us get the Ehret gigs. After about two years playing and realizing we'd never be rock stars, the band broke up. I got married and got a real job. I was married for 14 years the first time. ried again in 2000 and have 2 stepsons. One is married and in the Army and the other just graduated from highschool. Both fine young men. My wife Dena and I live on the Northshore in Bush, La. and enjoy our property and peaceful weekends.... well at least when I don't have my guitar amp turned up to 11! I sell and install cultured marble for a living, and my wife is a director of a daycare center in Metairie. In our spare time, like having friends over for BBQ's and crawfish boils.
