Day249 was a very cold day. Got Bills hair cut. Then walked the riverfront the only thing that got cold was my face forgot my scarf. But we got my steps!!

Day 253 of getting my steps in. Very slow day at work. Then after work went to my ww meeting down 2 pounds. I have lost 57.8 pounds almost half way there. I have been at this for ten and a half months can’t give up now.
Day 263 of getting my steps in. Feeling better today got out and took a walk outside. It was cold when we started but warmed up fast. Glad I had layers on. Got my steps the easy way I hate treadmills. Went home to cook dinn
