Noreen's Story
In high school I was always kind of quiet. To this day I don't know why. After high school I attended Hartford Secretarial School and graduated with an Associates Degree in Medical Secretarial Science. I then started to work for a doctor in Hartford/Bloomfield. I left the doctors office in 1978 and began working at the then Central Conn. State College. I had many friends there and married while still employed there. HC to work for a total of 15 years. I married Gerald Rulkowski in 1984 and we have two children Jonathan (24) graduating from CCSU this year and Jennifer (22) graduating from Brio Academy of Cosmetology in June. No grandchildren yet but hope to have some someday. I now work for the Bristol Schools (for the past 14 years) as a paraprofessional in the Functional Room. I work with very low functioning wonderful high school kids and enjoy my work. Contact me anytime.
