Life
My Spouse
My spouse (Carl) and I first met at Grand Rapids Junior College. We then "remet" at MSU.
My Pets
Our dog, Princess, is a Schnoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle mix). She is 13 years old and becoming very arthritic. But, she has been an excellent pet and buddy all these years, and we are trying to make her life as comfortable as possible for the remainder of her life.
My Kids

Penney is 25, unmarried, and lives in Chicago. She has a degree in graphic design from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She has had two graphic design positions after graduation, neither of which was satisfying to her. She is currently working as a couselor for a domestic abuse shelter--go figure. But, she loves it.
My Job
I retired in October, 1999, from the Sparrow Health System, where I was the Administrative Assistant to the President. Since that time, I have worked periodically as an independent contractor for that organization.
