Norma's Story
Life
After living in Indiana for 47 years and teaching at Brownsburg for 24 years, I finally spread my wings. Moving to Arizona was just the beginning. I now work from home, make my own schedule and have traveled to many places, but still have so much more to do. Through relationships with new and old friends, I am now discovery ways to do things to make a difference. I feel like I made a difference for some and others suffered while being a classroom teacher, but now realize that because of my own personal life demands, my heart and mind were not always where they needed to be. cisions and statements and actions are not clear. But if I am able to step back, look at the situation as it unfolds leaving my personal feelings aside, my actions are no longer reactions. I am very happy with where I am, no things are not perfect because life never is, but I know that I will be alright no matter what goes on around me. Life is great and I have wonderful friends that appreciate life and all it has to offer. My children and I are now on a different relationship level and I am enjoying them more than ever before. I am married to a gentleman that respects me, gives me my space, and love is a word that has an entirely different meaning than when I was young. I am glad to be where I am.
