Norma's Story
I have 3 boys, Daniel, 40 years old; Rafael, 38 years old and Cesar, 35 years old. I am a grandmother of five beautiful granddaughters. I left New York City in 1981 moved to Puerto Rico and then moved back to the state of Florida in 1989. Went to New York for a visit in 2013 and it hasn't changed much. Will definitely go for a reunion.
I am presently working as a First Grade Teacher at Verde Elementary School. I love working in education and that has been my dream since high school. umma cum laude with a B.S. in Elementary Ed. 1-6. I took my state board test for Spanish and got certified as a Spanish teacher in grades K-12. I'm also ESOL endorsed in the state of Florida and was granted a scholarship to study Literature and culture at the University of Alcala in Madrid, Spain in the summer of 2005. It was the best four weeks I spent my whole entire life. Spain is beautiful and has a lot of culture. I look forward to visiting again some day in the near future.
