Norma's Story

Life I am now retired after 40 years as an educator. My husband Gilbert and I will be celebrating our 42nd Wedding Anniversary July 24, 2018. My daughter Marisa graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's in Social Studies Composite. the Del Valle ISD. I am currently finishing out my term as President of the El Paso Teachers Association, an affiliate of the Texas State Teachers Association and the National Education Association. I am very involved in my parish, St, Stephen Deacon & Martyr Catholic Church with the ACTS community, as a Lector and Eucharistic Minister.
