Norman's Story
Life
Since high school, I went to college at Seminole Community College, Mississippi State University, and Rollins College. I retired from Law Enforcement Aug 2000. Currently I own a house in Murphy, North Carolina. I am working as a Loss Prevention Manager for Wal-Mart at the distribution center in Brooksville, Fla. I hope to hear from some of my high school friends soon. I have since transfered to Hopkinsville, Ky with the Wal-Mart team as the Loss Prevention Manager at the distribution center there. In Jan of 2006, I left Wal-Mart to rejoin my family in North Carolina. In July of 2006, I took a job with DynCorp International as a Force Protection Officer, protecting the US troops in Doha, Qatar. e. Picture if me in full battle rattle is on this site. Will update more as time passes. Would love to hear from my old classmates. I am now working for the Dept of State in DC for Diplomatic Security. I am responsible for the oversight of the guard force at the Embassy in Baghdad and Pakistan. I have been to Baghdad twice and Pakistan once. I have been here for a year. Headed back to Baghdad probably in July of this year (2008)I also picked up the Embassy in Kabul. I just got back from Kabul in Nov of2008, then went to Peshawar and Islamabad Pakistan for six weeks in Jan and Feb of 2009. Just got back and looking to head to Baghdad first couple of weeks in May. Update, two trips to Baghdad May and Aug 2009, One to Pakistan, Sept-Oct 2009. Headed back to Pakistan in Jan 2010.
