Norman's Story
Life
Happily married to Sylvia Ann for 35 years. We have two children, Patricia and Scott, who are graduates of Georgia State University, and Georgia Tech respectively. There are no grandchildren yet, but our children and their spouses should know the mechanics of it by now. I retired from the U.S. Army in 1984 after 20 years of service. Most of it was spent flying helicopters and light fixed wing aircraft. My second career has been a Flight Test Engineer at the Lockheed Martin Aerospace Company in Marietta, GA, where I test C-130 and P-3 aircraft. My wife and I currently live in Fayetteville, GA, and own and fly my own airplane. Sylvia is a Registered Nurse working in a local hospital, and we are both looking forward to retirement in 2.5 years. Retired from Lockheed in 2004.

rried to Sylvia Ann now 49 years. Have two grandchildren and another on the way in Aug 2015. Fully retired now. Still fly my airplane, instruct students, and drive around in my 1977 MGB. Still in Fayetteville, GA. Less hair but more beard.
2022 - Still married to the love of my life. Our two children are doing great as well as the three grandchildren. The oldest, the grandson, is getting married in November. Still live in Fayetteville, GA. We've all survived the pandemic, but the recession may be another story. We've traveled a lot since 2016: UK, Scotland, Ireland, N. Ireland, Finland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, and Alaska. Still fly, but not as much as aviation gas prices are higher than car gas. Missed the 2022 Reunion due to inflated airfare.
