Ofelia's Story
Oh my gosh! High school at Southwest feel like 3 lifetimes ago!!! Let' see. I thought I would never get married. But I ended up marrying three times. The first two were under a year each. And only recently did I marry for the LAST TIME!!!!!! I never thought I would have children but I was blessed with a beautiful daughter who is now 25 years old. Coincidentally she is also an artist. I guess the apple really didn't fall far from the tree. LOL
I got my bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Florida International Uni...Expand for more
versity back in 1983. Did that for about 7 years. Became a MOM and craft artist. Was a substitute teacher for a while. Then I went to massage school at Lindsey Hopkins Technical Center in 1994, and have been a massage therapist and instructor ever since.
Life is good. I still love Miami and all my family is doing very well. I am truly blessed. I hope to hear from some familiar faces and pray that you all are doing wonderfully as well.
