Olga's Story
I've been married for 38 years. I live in Chesterton, IN. in The Villages of Sandcreek. I retired January 30, 2007 from BP Whiting Refinery. I care for my two granddaughters, Cristina and Genevieve. My daughter built a home close by me. She is the director of Portfolio Review with General Growth Properties. Our son-in-law is an attorney. My older son works at BP as a pipefitter and has a great paying job. My youngest son is a Captain with the Marine Corp. and is stationed at in Bridgeport, CA. el Co. after 32 years of service. Three months later he got a job at U.S. Steel Gary Works. He has been there for 5 1/2 years. Our family is very close and we look out for each other. I enjoy staying home with my grandchildren. We go for walks in our sub-division. I also have a 15 year old grandson. who attends Crown Point High School. He is the QB on the JV team. He is also Purdue bound. I enjoy cooking. If I'm not doing yard work then I'm in the kitchen. My children are spoiled. They don't like store bought tortillas. So I am always making flour tortillas. I am blessed. God has been good to me and I am enjoying life. I also recently started selling Avon Products. Life has been good to me and I thank God every day.
