Life
Hello class of 83'. I pray that God has kept you and continues to richly bless you and keep you in his care. It's been awhile and a lot has happened. After all these years, I'm still not married. Maybe some day he'll come along. I've been blessed with one beautiful daughter. She's 11 years old and in the 6th grade. She is truly a blessing. She's very intelligent and is in the gifted program at Bates Middle School. We have one dog who thinks that she's human. She's a cocker spaniel and she's two years old. Jayla is the love of our lives. She was given to my daughter as a gift by my, then, significant other back in 2004 for her academic accomplishments. 005 as a result of a massive heart attack. Life is short so we should live every day to the fullest and as if it's out last one. It was sudden, shocking and very painful but God's will was done. We're doing better now by the grace of God and expecting great things in our future.
Workplace
After leaving Morris College in 1987, I moved to Washington, DC where I was employed by the Department of Interior. I started as a clerk/typist and worked my way to becoming Secretary for the Assistant Superintendent of the National Park Services. It was a wonderful job but after giving birth to my daughter, she became ill and I moved back to SC so that we could be close to my parents and other family members.
