Stephanie's Story
At this point in my life I am working at the University of Michigan Hospital. I actually live in the Brighton area. Not much new has happened, well that's not entirely true. My body and bones didn't really like me there for awhile. I have had to do some damage control with my body because of my bone disease. I have broken my left thigh three times (I now beep when I go through the airport..hee hee), both feet, right elbow, have had a couple bone infections, etc. You know ... the usual.. hee hee. The last 5 years have been a journey to say the least... but I am coming out of the dark and into the light
I did however do a few things that I am proud of...and well... I still love those Pistons. I FINALLY graduated ...Expand for more
from college, have had some poetry published, worked for a popular radio station in Detroit (which I believe was my 10 year prediction in our senior book?) as well as for the Pistons in marketing at the Palace of Auburn Hills. I also worked at a bank for a time. Health reasons have lead me back to the University of Michigan Hospital and I am enjoying life every single day that GOD has brought me into it.
I am not married yet...notice the operative word is yet! Someday I will find that man who will be willing to put up with me bone disease and all... I would like to have children someday, but my godson is a joy in my life right now. And that's about it... Just living and enjoying life to the best of my ability
