Pam's Story
I don't know how many of you remember me, but I served on Student Council and worked on the "Anchor" staff all three years of high school. I was also active in other clubs, like the German Club.
After high school, I attended Del Mar College for 2 years, then went to work. I moved to Houston, TX in 1967 and shortly thereafter married the love of my life, Jim Bondurant. Jim and I were married for 34 years before he died. We had 3 children, adopted one child, and were foster parents to about 9 or 10 more. We lived in Houston, TX, Slidell, LA, and Tu...Expand for more
lsa OK. After Jim's death, I retired and moved to San Antonio, TX, for a couple of years. I am currently residing in Houston, again.
I am currently battling breast cancer, which was diagnosed in February. I am undergoing chemotherapy and am bald as a billiard ball. I bought a wig, but it itches, so I just walk around proudly with my bald head shining. Chemo is supposed to be finished in August, so by the time of the reunion, maybe I will have a little hair back. Hope so! I'd hate to scare you guys!!
