So we got rid of a big house and a bunch of stuff, shipped a car, packed three suitcases, got $226.00 plane fares and arrived mid-February, 2014. He is a remodeler and has worked all over the island. We live with who he is working for. I have a son in Boise with a couple of teen-agers and a daughter in Portland with a couple of boys, 2 and newborn. in September, we will hang out awhile and choose a new destination in an old $5,000 motorhome. I hope it runs! Not working is weird. I'm physically healthy, but my memory is turning to junk, so whatever I do is really living in the moment! I will be in Vancouver/Portland for about a week around the reunion. It took 6 weeks to get ready to move to Hawaii and 3 months to get ready to go to Arizona. The beast is loaded along with a trailer of tools. Nomad Construction goes anywhere! First to Yuma. (We have no car)!
First day in a motor home. Boise to Ogden. The backseat, the big view out the front and the calm driver.
