Pam's Story
Life
Began teaching in Berkeley School Dist.#87 in March of 1971. Taught 4th, 5th, 6th grades, a 7th grade history class, and of all things a pre-algebra class for 8th graders. I received my Type75 administrative degree and was an asst. principal for four years. In fall of '05, I became the principal of Sunnyside Elementary School in Dist. #87 and enjoyed the challenge of running a building. I retired from work in June '08, after 37 years of being an educator. I'd still like to do some traveling,but right now, I'm just enjoying the freedom of retirement. It's great!

an. Joe graduated from Michigan State and married Michele in September of '06. Dan graduated from Northern Illinois and married Heather in August of '08. We love them all dearly. We also had a great little black and tan cocker spaniel named Bandit, who provided us with many laughs and lots of love.
Since I last wrote/updated this profile many changes have occurred. The biggest is that Bill passed away in December of 2014. I now live alone in a cute duplex in Bloomingdale, IL and am learning to enjoy life and peace of mind. Thanks to my family and frien ds, along with the grace of my faith in God, I have a lovely life and feel very blessed. Life is good.
