Pam's Story
Life
I married my high school sweetheart; however, we divorced after 20 years. I have 2 daughters who live far away. My older daughter lives in Australia with her husband and 2 sons. The boys are 15 months apart and are developing Aussie accents. My younger daughter lives in San Francisco and practices Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in Pediatrics. king for me making that connection, too. As well as one or two surprises!
Interestingly, I remember the Class of '68 being a bit apathetic. Considering the times, I think that was odd. I do remember the 'sit-in' and the main thrust of the grievance was the cafeteria food! It seems also that outside of one reunion in 1978, there hasn't been another. What a shame! Friends from other graduating classes share such wonderful stories and I wish '68 would do that, too!
Today, when I hear 'our' music, it brings to mind lots of good times, good friends and the era of 'make love not war'.
