Pamela's Story
Well, right after high school, I attended RIJC, didn't do well there, so at the tender age of 18-1/2, I moved to Longmont, Colorado where my brother lives, and I was there for over 3 years, and in 1978, I moved back to Rhode Island. nd never left. Thirty-five years later, we're still together and still living in East Greenbush, NY - a small bedroom community where we raised our two kids, our son, Paul, who is 34, married with a one-year old baby girl (LOVE!), and our daughter, Samantha, who is 31, married, and expecting their first daughter in June (LOVE!). I retired from FedEx after 15 years in 2017, enjoyed 7 years of retirement bliss, and last September, I had the opportunity to work at our local police station, which I absolutely love. Keeps me busy, because my husband is 8 years younger than I am, so I have to stay busy until he retires in about 4 more years. We own a camp in Lake Luzerne, NY, and we're looking forward to spending many summers there with the kids and grandkids. Anyone who remembers me, please drop a note...I'd love to hear from you.
