Pamela's Story
50 + !!!! For real!!!Living in San Diego the past 8 years. A beautiful place but way too expensive. Living with my boyfriend of 7 years who manages two apartment buildings. (one of the tenants is Rob Halford, lead singer of Judas Priest!)Its really the only way to go here, especially if you don't have alot of money! I have two sons, Jeff 35, still living in Daytona, and James 32, lives here, also have 3 step-grandchildren and 2 natural, oldest 14, youngest 8. Boy do I sound old! Oh well, I've had a good life, two marriages , two divorces, (never again!) The past 2 years I've been riding a Yamaha Vino 125 scooter, not freeway legal but I get around ( I think there's a Beach Boys song in there!) It's the best ...Expand for more
way to get around the traffic out here, only 3 million people in the county, and you thought speed week Daytona was bad! I didn't graduate with the class, got sick and missed too much school, got frustrated and dropped out, however I did get my diploma seven years later at DBCC. Now I work at a 23 room bed and breakfast downtown San Diego called the Little Italy Inn. It's a really cool part of town with fabulous restaurants and shops. Every once in a while you see someone famous and that's fun, but it doesn't mean as much any more. Reality has a way of setting in! I'd really like to hear from my old friends. It will be interesting to hear how all of you have lived your lives and the choices you made in life!
