Hi Class of '62.......I married three years after Arcadia High......have two grown sons, four grandchildren......Have been in Real Estate for the past 20 years..... Property Management. I am currently managing retail property in Southern Calif. I have been divorced since 1994. Would like to come to an event or next reunion..... I have just had a request to tell my story...even though it may be boring to most of you, here it goes. After leaving High School, I attended PCC where I tried out for cheerleader. When I auditioned, I gave it all I had and made it. This really opened up my personality where I had more self confidence ( certainly more than in High School ). I joined a sorority, dated and had fun. Then went to business school and became a secretary. While at PCC I met my future husband, Dan Dart. We dated for awhile then married in 1965. We moved to Arizona while Dan attended ASU and I worked at ASU. Moved back to California. Our first son, Michael was born in 1968. Our second son, Andrew was born in 1973. After becoming Landlords with apartments in Pasadena, we purchased our home in North San Gabriel. While raising our sons, I became a very active volunteer and was PTA President, President of an Auxilliary of the Huntington Hospital, chaired the WASHDAY WIMBLEDON tennis tournament to raise money for the Oncology Unit at the Hospital, became President of the San Gabriel Tennis Club ( also won lots of tennis tournaments ), became a Speaker for the Amercian Cancer Society ( gave talks on Breast Cance...Expand for more
