Pamela's Story
Came to Santa Cruz, California in 1982. Planned to stay for a few months. Still here and loving it. Finished my BA at University of California Santa Cruz and the went on to get a Masters of Public Policy at UC Berkeley. ea is now a thriving 501(c)(3) nonprofit insurance company itself insuring 22,000+ nonprofits in 32 states—Nonprofits Insurance Alliance. Our new headquarters in Santa Cruz was just completed. It is a net zero building, producing all of its own power. I plan to continue as CEO as long as I can. Still excited to get up and go to work everyday. Life is good!
