Life...(doesn't it go by fast?)...Still crazy after all those years....
Hello all.... I am living in the Mountains (of course) Southwest of Denver about 45 minutes iand loving it out here. Lots of elk, deer, mountain lions, bear, and an occasional red fox.
After 18 years in Medicine-RN Trauma/Critical care-Traveling Nurses (Traveled all over the US), Burn Trauma, working as an Organ Transplant Coordinator in Denver...I am taking a break..total career switch. (I do miss my patients.)
I own my own small Real Estate Company called Colorado Mountain Homes & Land and got my Real Estate License in 1997. I also own a small mountain cottage/store featuring local artists, lodge-style furnishings and mountain decor called Mountain Creations. I work more than ever-too much...but it is fun!
I worked Volunteer Ski Patrol at Copper Mtn here in Colorado where I met my husband, Bryan. I was a Volunteer on the Fire Dept, got my Red card and fought wildfires out here in Colorado...messed up my shoulder digging fire line...had a rotator cuf...Expand for more
f repair..(not fun). I love camping, boating and hiking, the outdoors. I am happiest when I am on the water in a boat.....and crazy about dolphins! They are so interesting and highly intelligent. We took our small boat to Florida for a vacation on Marco Island one year for two weeks.

School: My favorite teachers in High School were Mr. Branch and Frank Johns for my advanced Biology class.
Let's see....one do-over I would have done differently would be to settle down, marry earlier and have a child. I did not get married until 37 as I was too busy being a Traveling RN all over the U.S. and exploring different cities. We have spent lots of time with our nieces and nephews taking them camping, to Disney, to swim with the Dolphins, boating, and camping in Yellowstone National Park. How can you live in Colorado and NOT love the outdoors? It sure is beautiful out here. Lots of sunshine and wildlife right outside our door!
