Life
Hi! You would have known me as Pam Roach or just Roach, but I have been an Elderkin for 20 years now. I always said I wanted to be a mother and I have been that for many years now through bio children, adopted children, foster children and permanent guardianships. I always said i would never marry a preacher after growing up a preacher's kid - i lied. We are in our third senior pastorate after several associates. Since leaving Ohio in '69 i have lived in Boston MA, Providence RI, New Haven CT, NYC NY, and the Albany NY area. lter, runaway teens and the homeless. Life has been very interesting. I have worked in legal offices, a homeless shelter, a hospital, bell tel and the united states postal service. My mom who lives nearby says I am a jack of all trades etc. I would like to hear from any one who remembers me. I often think of Ohio and Michigan. Two of my brothers live in Indiana and Michigan so i do make it out that way. My husband is a true New Englander. He is a Yale man and a preppie from Moses Brown in Providence. He is also of native american and free black background. We have 3 graduating this June (01) and it brought back memories and curiosity.
