Pamela's Story
After high school, I married Raymond Krause and went back to college after a few years of marriage. Graduated college in 1977 and taught school for a few years in Weslaco. Stephen was born in 1974 and Stacia in 1977. Raymond and I parted ways in 1979 and in 1980 I moved to Charlotte, NC with both kids and a bird to be near my only sister and her family. met Tony Marks there. We married in 1983 and he helped me raise Stephen and Staci. Tony and I celebrated 25 years of marriage in 2008 and we both are still working for Duke Energy. He's a Lead Systems analyst and I'm an IT Manager trying to manage and lead Geeks. I'm tired and would like to retire but need to help S & S get situated with first homes. I have 2 granddaughters, Keena who is 12 and Skyler who is 6. My life is good.
