Joseph's Story
After Hot Springs High School, I attended Indiana University Southeast in Jeffersnville Indiana. In 1971 I joined the US Air Force and spent 4 years as a Bio-environmental Engineering Technician. I spent most of my Active Duty in Grand Forks, North Dakota. After my Air Force discharge, in 1975, I moved to Minneapolis and began a career in the Group Insurance business with Northwestern National Life Insurance. at included 4 other Insurance Companies in Minneapolis, Atlanta and Jacksonville. I met my beautiful wife Barbara in 1989 in Minneapolis and we were married in 1993. She is a Minnesotan by birth, but never liked cold weather. In 1996, we moved to Atlanta where we lived until 2004 when we moved to Jacksonville, FL. In 2015, we retired and moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas. I am currently serving on the Council of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Barbara is doing Volunteer work at St. Vincent's in Hot Springs.
