Pat's Story
After graduating from Seton Hall, I taught English at CCVTS and Burlington City HS. in 1973 I joined the Cherry Hill police department. I was involved in special operations and fatal traffic accidents. I was awarded a Hero medal for a kidnapping from the Cherry Hill Mall. I broke my neck in an on duty accident and retired from the police in 1986.
I went back to teaching English at Triton Regional High School where i also coached: football, girls basketball and softball.
After my sons graduated from their respective colleges (LaSalle, Rowan(2), and Monmouth) I went back for a double Masters ...Expand for more
in Administration and Supervision and Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a Ph.D. in English from the University of Phoenix.
I then was hired as an Assistant Principal and Acting Principal at F.W. Holbein school in Mt. Holly. From there I was hired in Gloucester City as an Assistant Principal and Athletic Director.
I retired in 2015 from education.
To keep me busy, I currently am driving a school bus for the Maple Shade school district.
Married for 47 years to my wife Karen. We had 5 sons, one of whom is special needs and the love of our lives. We have 10 grandchildren 7 girls and 3 boys).
