Life
Real Estate Agent working for an "exciting" real estate company at Cedar Creek Lake - Excite Realty.Com (45 mi east of Dallas)ck out our web site. Have 6 children (3 mine, 3 Jerry's + their spouses) and 2 beautiful GRAND-daughters born in 1998 only 19 hrs apart (no, they're not twins - one is my daughter's; one my son's). We are expecting twin Grandsons in Jan. and another grandbaby in April - help! Jerry and I work as a "team" in real estate "specializing" in waterfront property and enjoy it very much. We have a lovely home on the lake and enjoy cruising "our" lake, fishing (Jerry just caught a lake record hybrid striper last summer) and watching the beautiful sunsets from our deck.
Update: As of this date (04/11/02) we have twin Grandsons born Jan. 25 in Coppell and just yesterday (04/10) we have a beautiful new Granddauhter born to my son and his wife - making 5 for us now! and we love every minute of it!!
Another Update (2/2003): The year of 2002 was good and bad for us. The good being the above Grandchildren that were added to our "clan" - the bad, a tragedy of unimaginable proportion. Jerry's middle daughter, Lesley, 27 yrs old, was murdered in her home in Little Elm, Tx (no Dallas) in Aug. If that wasn't bad enough, 4 days after the funeral her husband comitted suicide. Then, to add to the total shock of all of this, on the following morning we learned that the police had been planning to arrest him for her murder. We were never so shocked. We are beginning to pull our lives together again, with the help of many friends and lots of family. But we do hope that no one else ever has to go through such a tragedy. We're hoping 2003 is better for us and all of you.

aughter coming on Jan. 25th (to the twin's parents) - making #7. We're ready to head for the hills! but I love every minute of it and they are all great. Wait until the next reunion and I can bore you all to tears with their photos. The biggest news that we have now is that our youngest daughter, Laura (24), will be getting married on May 7, 2005, to her high school sweetheart. The wedding will be on the Queen's Court at the Tyler Rose Garden. We're heading to Shreveport to see if the slots will pay this week-end so we can have some money to put towards this "party" - it's going to be a biggie. All else is well with us. My Mother, 92, is still living with us and up and around and doing her thing. Jerry and I are still selling the heck out of real estate here at the lake. Workplace
Began my work "career" at the old Scott & White Hosp in Temple. Worked there for several years - then moved to Austin, Tx. Was hired as a Field Rep Sec'y to a 30 county area of the Nat'l Foundation March of Dimes - absolutely loved the job and cried all the way from Austin to Ft Worth when I had to move (first marriage). Went to work in Ft Worth with a public relations firm and loved it also. We handled numerous accounts that were lots of fun - including Byron Nelson Golf Classic, Colonial Golf Classic, WCT (World Championship Tennis), Nat'l New Car Dealers Assn; American Airlines Stewardess graduate program; Oak Farms Dairies, and on and on. After that ended in 1983, because of another move - I "retired" BUT not for long. One more move brought me to Cedar Creek Lake and I began working as Office Mgr for an Orthotics/Prosthetics Co. that was owned by a relative. After my divorce for #1, I went to our 1992 Class Reunion and met Jerry. When my cousein decided to close his co., Jerry talked me into going into real estate and that's where I've been ever since.
