Life
I recently quit working and became a stay-at-home Mom. We moved from Raleigh to Wilmington 9/06 and just moved again to West Palm Beach, Florida 2/07. I am enjoying raising my son and do not miss the corporate world! I was a lab technologist at LabCorp from 1997-2006. My husband is a tech with BMW and aspires to become an instructor with BMW in the next year. This will likely mean another move, which I am excited about. I like to see new places. I am not sure what I will do when I do go back to work but I would like to stay in the biology field, possibly a naturalist or further my education in ornithology. My husband and I are car lovers and when my son is older, we are both going to try and build a track car. I currently have a modded Miata that is going to get an engine rebuild and turbo, we are selling our RX-8 (was my minivan when I was working), have an older RX-7 and an all-wheel drive BMW for trips and hauling stuff. My son has an affinity to cars as well and we will see if he enjoys it later. My husband and I only watch Formula-1 racing. Other than that, we spend our time playing outside in beautiful FL and travelling to nearby places here in FL while we are living here. We plan to move again in early '08.
