Patricia's Story
I studied Dental Assisting at Bryman College. I practiced Dental Assisting for 19 years.
I met my husband, Jerry, May 1980 and we married Nov 1980. My son was born Sept 1981 and my daughter was born 1983.
My son is still studying Art, Math and computers at City College of San Francisco. My daughter studied Marine Science and Biology at University of Hawaii at Hilo until last year in Sept 2008 which she was hospitalized for a severe infection. I just moved her back to San Francisco. s a Veterinary Assistant and transfer to SF State in the Fall of 2009 to complete her undergraduate education.
We have (5) pets: 2 cats male & female; 2 dogs both female and a male sun conure bird.
My husband has been diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease in Mar 2009. I am currently his caregiver as well as caregiver for my entire family.
I was previously layed off from my prior employer in any case. I am currently on Paid Family Leave.
I hope that my classmates and friends will remember me as "nice person".
